Heat transfer paper in high quality is specially developed for high-speed ink-jet printing of sublimation paper . It is suitable for high-speed ink-jet printing and it‚ dry more quickly after printing‚ In addition ,it can keep fpr  a long time and reflect the perfect lines and print details of the transfer of up to 95% in India. On top of that .there is high-quality paper and  excellent coating uniformity, flatness.

1, The digital thermal transfer:
Heat Transfer is a new process that use the printer with thermal sublimation ink to print the pattern (portrait, landscape, text and other graphics )on the transfer paper in the way of Mirror Reverese. Then.use the heat transfer equipment to reach about 200ºC ‚The  hermal Sublimation ink on thermal transfer paper will penetrate into the gasifier in the form of substrates. So It can ransfer the pattern to the textiles, porcelain cup, porcelain, ceramic board, metal material vividly .

2, Printers which suitable for our products
Ordinary inkjet printers: R230 , R290 , R270 , T50 etc.

3, A dedicated thermal transfer ink is required
Be sure to use thermal transfer ink which made of  disperse will produce sublimation transfer printing and dyeing and printing materials in  transfer temperature . Fo good quality thermal transfer ink, its color  is fidelity and its stability is good .

4, Adjust the concentration of the appropriate color:
Adjust the concentration of color in the computer to to avoid too much ink which will make it difficult to dry .Then check the heat transfer effects . after the adjustment is required .

5, Adjust the appropriate hot-pressing temperature and time:
Heat transfer temperature range from about 180-230ºC ‚ 10-30 seconds. You should t should do the first small batch trial before you make a  decision on the best process parameters;

6, The hot side heat transfer is necessary to close when doing heat transfer :
The hot surface, heat transfer paper, and Surface of the Substrate are necessary close when doing heat transfer . Gaps are not allowed, otherwise they will be Photo Vagueness.

7, advantages of  thermal transfer paper
The color of high-quality heat transfer is colorful and rich, which can be comparable with the printing. Thermal transfer make the sublimation ink Penetrate objects in a high temperature . After the sublimation ,It can form  bright color pattern. Therefore, Sublimation products are durable and the pattern will not fall off,  cracking or fading. Thermal transfer paper can absorption of thermal sublimation ink  uniformly and adequately . In  the high-temperature, there will be absorption of thermal transfer ink out entirely from the release paper. And the distributed rate is  more than  95%.It transferred the color to the surface . of the objects.
